By creating an account or using Infranexis Resolve ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Infranexis Resolve is an AI-powered incident root cause analysis service that connects to your monitoring infrastructure and generates automated analyses using large language models.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must not use the Service to process data you do not have the right to access.
• You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication mechanisms.
• You must not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Beta features are provided as-is and may change or be removed without notice.

4. Free Tier & Billing

Free accounts receive 200 RCA analyses per calendar month at no charge. Paid plans are billed monthly. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Root cause analyses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Do not rely solely on AI-generated output for critical operational decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infranexis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
